By booking the Vallarta Vitality Sleep Reset Retreat ("Retreat"), you ("Participant") agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement is between the Participant and Vallarta Vitality ("Company").
The Participant agrees to actively and fully engage in all activities offered at the Sleep Retreat. They commit to approaching each session with an open mind and a willingness to learn, as well as a respectful and considerate attitude towards both the facilitators leading the sessions and the fellow participants alongside them. This includes participating in discussions, exercises, and any other interactive elements of the program.
The Participant confirms that they have the required physical and mental readiness for active involvement in the Sleep Retreat. Furthermore, the Participant commits to promptly notifying the Company of any health issues or concerns that might influence their ability to fully engage in the retreat's activities, ensuring a safe and positive experience for themselves and others involved.
The Participant hereby absolves the Company, including its organizers, affiliates, and partners, from all forms of liabilities, claims, or demands that may arise due to accidents, injuries, or the loss of personal property that the Participant may experience while participating in or attending the Sleep Retreat. This release covers any unforeseen events or incidents that result in physical harm or damage to belongings during the entirety of the Retreat's duration.
All materials shared during the Sleep Retreat, including but not limited to workshops, presentations, and digital content, remain the intellectual property of the Company. Any unauthorized distribution or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Full refunds, minus a non-refundable 30% administrative fee, are available if the cancellation request is received up to 21 days before the Sleep Retreat start date.
No refunds will be issued within 21 days of the Retreat start date. However, in cases of extenuating circumstances such as a medical emergency or natural disaster affecting the Participant's ability to attend, the Participant may request a review for possible rescheduling or partial refund. Proper documentation must be provided to support such claims.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Company, Participants will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
The Company explicitly states that it will not be responsible for reimbursing any travel, accommodation costs, or any other expenses that the Participant may incur in anticipation of attending the Retreat. This includes but is not limited to, costs associated with transportation, lodging, meals, and any personal expenses incurred in preparation for the event.
Bookings may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days before the Retreat start date without incurring any additional fees. To facilitate this process, the Participant is required to send the Company a written notification of the transfer. This notification must include the full details of the person to whom the booking is being transferred, such as their name, contact information, and any other relevant details the Company may require to process the transfer.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was utilized at the time of purchase. This process will be completed within a period of 30 days following the approval of the refund request, ensuring a smooth and efficient return of funds to our valued customers.
